Due to ongoing risks associated with COVID-19, LIFE is taking the necessary precautions to prevent the spread, and our office locations are open by appointment only, with limited hours and rotating staffing. Prior to entering for an appointment, consumers will have to put on a mask (one can be provided) and have their temperature taken by a LIFE staff member using a digital thermometer that registers temperature at a distance.
