Are you a person with a disability who needs assistance with equipment to increase or maintain your independence? LIFE can help you to obtain the tools you need to live independently. Do you need technology to help you with mobility, reading, driving, communicating, accessing the computer, maintaining your home, cooking, dressing or bathing? Individuals with disabilities can apply for help through LIFE’s assistive technology program.

Anyone with a disability living within our 11 county service area is welcome to apply. LIFE is a distribution site for our community partner, Friends of Disabled Adults & Children (FODAC). FODAC sanitized and refurbished donated durable medical equipment, and makes it available for a nominal fee.
