The Department of Natural Resources provided fishing poles and bait, as well as friendly helpers who put bait on and took fish off hooks, lunch was also provided.. Take me out to the ballgame….. Everyone had a great time when consumers joined us for a Savannah Sand Gnats baseball game the afternoon of July 15th (’09). There were hot dogs, popcorn, a visit from the Sand Gnat himself….and plenty of smiles!
