February 4, 2026(1 event) 1:00 pm: Heart Health Talk - Treat Me Right: How to Advocate about Heart Health for Yourself and Your Family – LIFE, Inc. is excited to invite you to a special Heart Health Talk on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM. “Treat Me Right: How to Advocate for Heart Health for Yourself and Your Family” is an empowering presentation designed to help you take charge of your heart health, and support the well-being of those you love.
This powerful talk, presented by WomenHeart Savannah, will offer practical guidance, advocacy tools, and real-world strategies to help you navigate heart health conversations with confidence.
Whether you join us in person or virtually, you’ll gain valuable insights from trained WomenHeart Champions who are passionate about supporting heart health in our community.

Then please join us on the first and second Thursday of each month for the LIFE-Line Peer Support Chat Living with a disability can be challenging - but you’re not alone. This welcoming space is for people with disabilities in LIFE’s 20-county service area (including Screven and Savannah) to share, listen, and connect.
When: First and Second Thursday of each month
Where: On Zoom or in person at LIFE, Inc. – 4811 Waters Ave., Savannah (Medical Arts Center, next to Blitz45)
