With our partners, we develop, implement and evaluate plans that address the challenges facing Bulloch County’s children and families.
Our work is focused on:
1) Implementing programs identified as “best practices” or scientifically research based;
2) Improving child and family well-being through direct and indirect services, making use of resources and existing community programs; 3) Leveraging local, state and federal funds to support our community-driven plans; and
4) Implementing a community-based local decision-making process to develop a community plan supported by collaborative members. Since 1996, we have leveraged more than $23 million from local, state and federal funds to support our community plans.
