Join us for Christmas in a Pinch, a hands-on, budget-friendly holiday workshop designed to make last-minute gifting easy, accessible, and fun for everyone.
Date: Thursday, December 18th
Time: 1:00 – 2:30 PM
Location: LIFE, Inc., 4811 Waters Avenue, Savannah - also available on Zoom
What to expect:
• Learn how to make 4 quick, low-cost gifts
• Create 4 easy, no-bake treats perfect for gifting or sharing
• All ideas use simple, affordable, easy-to-find supplies
• Enjoy light refreshments while learning and connecting
At the end of the workshop, the gift baskets and treats demonstrated will be given away through a random drawing, giving everyone an equal chance to take something home.
This workshop supports independent living by building confidence, creativity, and everyday problem-solving skills, while also strengthening community connection and inclusion.
No RSVP required.
Everyone is welcome to attend in person or online!

5:30 pm: Alzheimer's Support Group at LIFE – Support group for caregivers providing care for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. This is a free monthly meeting open to the public. Occurs monthly on the third Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30. Location: LIFE, Inc. 4811 Waters Avenue across from Memorial Hospital in the Medical Arts Shopping Center. Come hang out, chill with friends, enjoy snacks - and help us pick which G-rated Christmas movie we’ll be watching!

Exclusively for youth with disabilities ages 8-13 - bring one friend or sibling!
What’s happening:
• Free popcorn and snacks
• Cozy, inclusive vibe • A fun night to kick off the holidays We’ve got you covered:
• Accessible building, bathrooms and parking
