Support group for caregivers providing care for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. This is a free monthly meeting open to the public.

Occurs monthly on the third Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30.

Location: LIFE, Inc. 4811 Waters Avenue across from Memorial Hospital in the Medical Arts Shopping Center.

A FREE event hosted by LIFE, Inc. in Savannah
Hello!
Hurricanes, floods, and storms can happen fast. Let’s get ready—together!
Join LIFE, Inc. for “Pack, Prep, Protect” — a free, drop-in emergency preparedness event for people with disabilities and their households.
Date: Thursday, June 26th
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (drop in anytime!)
Location: LIFE, Inc., 4811 Waters Avenue, Savannah (across from Memorial Hospital in the Medical Arts Center next door to Blitz45 Fitness). Attend in person or on Zoom.

We’ll have:
  • A presentation by Steven Meyer from Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) at 10:30
  • A first aid demonstration (after CEMA presentation)
  • Free emergency checklists and resources
  • Snacks and refreshments
  • An Emergency Kit and Go Bag demonstration
  • A giveaway for a stocked first aid kit (one lucky participant will win!)
  • Hybrid access – both the CEMA presenter and first aid demo will be available on Zoom too!
No need to stay the whole time—just stop by when you can!
Bring your friends, family, caregivers, or anyone who wants to be ready for anything.
