Support group for caregivers providing care for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. This is a free monthly meeting open to the public.
Occurs monthly on the third Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30.
Location: LIFE, Inc. 4811 Waters Avenue across from Memorial Hospital in the Medical Arts Shopping Center.

Services Provided
Provides child and adolescent psychiatry; individual, group and family therapy; school-based service; parenting education; after-school services; and case management in Atkinson, Bacon, Brantley, Charlton, Pierce, and Ware counties.

Pineland BHDD services is a public, not-for-profit community based organization that helps children, adolescents, adults and seniors who have mental illness, developmental disabilities and addiction challenges to live more full and productive lives.
Services Provided
Provides outpatient mental health counseling, acute stabilization and detoxification, psychosocial rehabilitation, peer, residential services, day and evening substance abuse treatment as well as a full range of developmental disabilities services. Pineland BHDD is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
