Are you ready to take charge of your health, happiness, and independence β your way?
Living Well in the Community (LWIC) is a FREE, peer-led workshop series created by and for people with disabilities who want to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Facilitated by trained LIFE staff, this interactive program helps you strengthen practical life skills, discover new strategies for self-care, and connect with others on the same journey toward wellness and independence.
What to Expect:
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays | 10:00 AM β 12:00 PM - First session is 10/13/2025
(Each session includes a 15-minute break)
Format: Hybrid (join in person or online via Zoom)
Length: 5 weeks | 10 total sessions
Location: Virtually via Zoom (link will be provided upon registration) and in person at LIFE, Inc. β 4811 Waters Avenue, Savannah, GA
Who Can Join:
Any adult with a documented disability - but you must live within LIFEβs service area*.
Space is limited - we can enroll up to 12 participants per series, so don't wait to register!
