The LIFE-Line Peer Chat is a safe space to talk with other people with disabilities, confidentially. Show up and be the difference in someone else’s day, or let them be the difference in yours! The LIFE-Line Peer Support Chat is open exclusively to people with disabilities in LIFE’s twenty service counties*.

Qualifications to Receive Services
Families must meet requirements based on household income. Eligible households, where all adult are 65 or older or medically homebound, may receive assistance if funds are available. may receive assistance if funds are available.
Must have photo ID, proof of income for every member of the household, verification of Social Security and of total household income for the previous 30 days, and most recent home heating and electric bills.
