The LIFE-Line Peer Support Chat is open exclusively to people with disabilities in LIFE’s twenty service counties*.

Qualifications to Receive Services
Families must meet requirements based on household income. Eligible households, where all adult are 65 or older or medically homebound, may receive assistance if funds are available. may receive assistance if funds are available.
