Living Well in the Community (LWIC) is a FREE, workshop series created by and for people with disabilities who want to build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Facilitated by trained LIFE staff, this interactive program helps you strengthen life skills, discover new strategies for self-care, and connect with others on the same journey toward wellness.
Who Can Join
Any adult with a disability living within LIFE’s service area is welcome!
Space is limited - we can enroll up to 12 participants per series, so don't wait to register! What You’ll Learn This isn’t your average “wellness class.”
LWIC helps you create real, lasting change — focused on your goals, your pace, and your strengths. Topics include:

If you've been looking for a relaxed, welcoming space to be creative, we'd love to have you join us.
Bring a project you're already working on - painting, drawing, knitting, crochet, writing, journaling, scrapbooking, or any other creative hobby - and spend a couple of hours creating alongside others. Bring a snack if you'd like!
Whether you enjoy quiet creativity, chatting, or simply taking time to unwind, Open Art Night is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome.
No lessons. No pressure. No experience required.
