Families must meet requirements based on household income. Eligible households, where all adult are 65 or older or medically home-bound, may receive assistance if funds are available, may receive assistance if funds are available.

Must have photo ID, proof of income for every member of the household, verification of Social Security and of total household income for the previous 30 days, and most recent home heating and electric bills.
