Please join us in person on Wednesday the 25th for thesecond of two FREE "Making Marks" sessions of guided artistic expression, inspired by the Jepson Center’s featured exhibition, Created Beasts: Sculpture by Ulysses Davis.
Telfair Museums inclusive, community-based outreach programming is partnering with LIFE for this fun opportunity!
Making Marks emphasizes the healing and transformative powers of artmaking. Everyone is welcomed to attend. No artistic ability is required!

Representing a wide range of individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and abilities, this program reminds us that artmaking is for everyone. The artworks created during Telfair’s outreach programming will be featured in the annual Making Marks winter
exhibition which showcases community members from local health and social service organizations, soldiers, military families, veterans, students, and incarcerated inmates.

Holly Heights will be hosting the event which includes the neighborhoods of LaRoche Park, Springhill, Daffin Heights, Wilemere and Shirley Park. Other nearby neighborhoods include Oakland Park, Eastgate, Edgemere, Sackville, Memorial Fairfield Park, Fleetwood, Fernwood, Bee Road Backus, Sunset Park, Forest Hills, Magnolia Park, Blueberry Hill, Victory Heights, Pine Gardens & Savannah State University.
This event presents a CALL-TO-ALL Savannah residents, especially those in the surrounding area, including neighborhood leaders, community groups, musicians, artists, youth groups, nonprofits and vendors, to collaboratively build connections in our community. The Holly Heights Neighborhood Association will also be hosting a Trunk-or-Treat event all day.
