9:00 am: Juliette Gordon Low Event - Universal Design in a Historic Landscape9:00 am: Juliette Gordon Low Event - Universal Design in a Historic Landscape Join the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace on September 10th at 9:00AM to learn about Universal Design principles, and then put them into action! The group will be split into several walking tours, each led by user experts, to explore the accessibility or inaccessibility of a public space. Groups will reconvene to discuss their findings over coffee. Free event, but registration is required. Contact Robin Bradham at rbradham@girlscouts.org to register. 10:00 am: LIFE - hosting Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic with CORE10:00 am: LIFE - hosting Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic with CORE – LIFE will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic today from 10:00Am - 2:00PM, in collaboration with CORE. The clinic details will be posted soon. A $50 gift card will be giving for any person with a disability, their caregiver, or any resident of the household of a person with a disability who receives a vaccine at the on-site clinic. Transportation provided free when prior arrangements are made. |
