FREE Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic #3 at LIFE in collaboration with CORE!

• Offering $50 gift cards to each person with a disability, and qualifying household/community members, who get vaccinated on 10/05/22 at LIFE.

• LIFE is offering ride and mileage reimbursements for people with disabilities attending the event.

• The building is fully accessible, and there will be an ASL interpreter and Spanish-language interpreter on site, as well as a quiet, stimulus reduced area, if needed.
